Double-check your address details at checkout and after placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@useallora.com. Once a shipment is processed, we are unable to reroute or correct addresses.


7. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and are subject to our return policy criteria. If a promotional discount was applied, the refund amount will reflect the discounted rate.

We do not assume liability for delays, shipping errors, or lost packages once the order has left our facility.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but is missing, you must file a claim within 7 business days from the delivery date.

In cases of wrong or missing items, claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt.

Once your refund is approved, we will send a confirmation email. Refunds may take 2–7 business days to appear in your payment method. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method than originally used.


8. Promotional Items

Mystery items, free gifts, and bonus products included in promotions are non-refundable. If you qualify for a free gift or bracelet based on a minimum purchase threshold, only one of each will be granted per qualifying order.
