Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return for refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All return requests must be approved by our team before you send any items back to us.
Condition of Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in unused condition, with no signs of wear, and in its original packaging, including any free gifts that came with your purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
While we are happy to process refunds or provide store credit, please note that the cost of returning the product is your responsibility. You must also provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund amounts will be calculated based on any promotional discounts applied to your order.
Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your item, we offer store credit for you to use on a future purchase. After we approve your return, we will issue a personalized store credit code.
All exchanges are final and cannot be refunded again.
Gift Exchanges
Gifted items are not eligible for refunds, but they can be exchanged for store credit.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or refunded once issued.
