Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days after your order is placed.

  • During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

  • We do not guarantee free shipping for all regions. Fees and available shipping options will be presented at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5 - 12 business days

  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 14 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 - 14 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, local customs processing, and other external factors.

  • Orders shipped to remote areas may experience extended delivery times, which could take up to 4-6 weeks in rare cases.

Late or Lost Orders

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery issues may occasionally occur.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at info@useallora.com with your order details so we can assist you.

If your package is marked as "Delivered", we recommend checking around your delivery area, with neighbors, or your local postal service before reaching out to us.
Please allow 3 business days for any updates or developments before contacting us.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or are missing an item from your package, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your delivery at info@useallora.com.
Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.

  • A photo of the items received.

  • A photo of the shipping label on your package.


Faulty Item Warranty

In the rare event that you receive a defective or broken item due to a manufacturing defect, you have 90 days from the delivery date to submit a warranty claim. Once approved, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit (gifted items are eligible for store credit only).

Coverage includes:

  • Verified manufacturing defects.

Does not include:

  • Lost jewelry.

  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches or minor damage).

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper storage.

  • Your current shipping address.

  • Your order number.

  • The name of the damaged item.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographic evidence.

  • A video, if applicable (e.g., for faulty clasps).
